24" x 68" Adamson, 3 roll calender with a top inclined 120 degree roll

Description

Adamson 24" x 68" 3-roll calender with a top offset roll for easy feeding. Right hand drive. All three rolls are "NEW" and are triple pass drilled for best heating or cooling capability. New Timken roller bearings on top and middle roll. New full circle bronze bearings on bottom roll. Manually handwheel adjustment for stock giudes. Top roll has cross axis and zero clearance hydraulic cylinders. Individual motorized roll adjusters. Each roll individually driven via 1-60HP on center roll and 2- 50HP variable speed motors, reducers, and universal driveshafts to each roll. Motor VFD drives and controls can be quoted to your requirements.
